What am I responsible for when using my own shipping number?
If you ship on a 3rd party shipping account, you become responsible for the order as soon as it ships. Pratt.com cannot guarantee delivery dates for 3rd party shipping, and cannot be responsible for losses or damages when shipping with a different provider. If your order is lost or damaged, please file a claim with your shipping provider, and reach out to our team with photos of the damage to discuss any desired re-prints.
If your shipping number is invalid and Pratt.com is billed for any shipment shipped on a 3rd party account, we will hold future orders until payment has been made to cover previous unpaid shipping costs.
