What if I’m not satisfied with my order?
We want you to love your custom boxes! If the print on your delivered order is different from the visual renderings that you approved, please reach out to us within 60 days at hello@pratt.com so we can work with you individually to make it right. Due to the custom nature of our items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the incorrect product was received. In the event of a reprint, our team may ask you to return your boxes as part of a claim.
