Can I change or cancel my order?

If at any point you realize a mistake has been made, or you need help with your order, please send a message via our chat or hello@pratt.com. We turn your order quickly - as soon as your design is submitted, our team gets to work. Once you get in touch, we’ll try our best to hold the order, but if your order has already been processed, we may not be able to cancel or change it. Since orders are 100% custom, we cannot process refunds for orders that have already begun production.
