How do I submit tax exemption paperwork?

If your business qualifies as tax-exempt, please provide all tax-exempt paperwork to our customer service team, hello@pratt.com. Please wait for confirmation that your account has been marked as tax-exempt, as we will not be able to refund past orders of just the tax. Once you have submitted and received confirmation of your exemption being marked on your account you should be able to place your order without tax! Please remember to place your order from the same email address that is marked as tax-exempt.
