I placed an order. How do I find my account?
If you placed an order, your customer account will not be automatically created unless you created one at the time of your order.
To find out if you have an existing account with us:
- Click on the account icon at the top right of our website
- Click on "forgot your password"
- Enter your email address
- This will help determine if you have an existing account set up under your email address
- If you do, you can follow the prompts to reset your password
- If you do not, the screen will let you know that we were not able to locate an account tied to your email address
If you would like to create an account that has your previous order details, you can do so!
- Click "register"
- Use the email address you used to place your previous order
