Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

This depends on how long it has been since your order was placed. 

If it has been less than 24 hours after your order is placed, we can cancel your order and you'll be able to place a new order with your updated shipping details.

If it has been more than 24 hours after your order is placed, we will not be able to change your shipping address. Please reach out to hello@pratt.com for next steps.
