Want to check how long it will take to get your order?

After your order is placed, our estimated production times average 7-10 business days for custom packaging. We can estimate an additional 5-7 business days after production for orders to ship. If it has been more than 12-14 business days after your order has been placed and you have not received an update from us, please feel free to reach out to us at hello@prattbox.com. Your order is most likely still in production or is waiting to ship.

Once your order is produced and a shipping label is created, you will receive an automated email with tracking information. Please note that your order may ship separately if your order contains multiple products. You will receive a separate shipping notification with additional tracking details if your order ships in multiple parts.
