What are your turnaround times?

For all custom packaging: Production times currently average 7-10 business days.

Please note that shipping times are separate from order production or fulfillment times. Shipping comes after production and fulfillment and is handled by a separate shipping carrier.

FedEx has notified us of pick-up delays at our location as well as nationwide shipping delays due to high volume and their current shipping capacity. We can estimate an additional 5-7 business days after production to get orders shipped. Orders of over 500 units will require a few extra days to get set up and produced.
