What file type should I upload?

The file types we currently accept include: 

  • SVG (Best recommended for logos)
  • JPG (Best for printing photos and artwork)
    • PNG (Best for all types of graphics containing sharp edges and solid colors)

The size of your file is a crucial part of ensuring you receive a high-quality custom print. Files that are too small may print grainy or pixelated, while files too large can cause various other issues while printing.

We recommend keeping your files around 1,000px to 3,000px and keeping your files at 5MB or less. We also recommend that you start with a design, logo or artwork that is at least 300 pixels by inch or 300 dpi.
